TELEDATA TECHNOLOGY, INC. ANNOUNCES COMPANY AND PRODUCT NAME CHANGE, NEW LOGO AND NEW HEADQUARTERS

New York, NY, December 18, 2006 — TeleData Technology, Inc. announced today it has changed its name to T3 Software, accompanied by a new corporate logo and product name change.

The name change reflects the awareness the company’s software product, the T3 Platform or “T3” has acquired in the telecom industry. The company has three products in the market: T3main, an integrated telephony solution that provides the building blocks for a fully customized and scalable messaging solution; T3arigato, a highly accurate and natural speech-enabled auto attendant; and T3iQ, a sophisticated intelligent queuing mechanism.

“This name change will help us leverage the strong name our product has acquired for itself in the marketplace,” states Yaniv Livneh, CEO of T3 Software. “It also better reflects the mission of the company that our products allow companies to leverage their previous investments in infrastructure by working within multi- email and PBX environments.”

New headquarters
T3 has moved its offices to 32 Broadway, Suite 1214, New York, NY 10004.
