TELEDATA TECHNOLOGY, INC. INTRODUCES A STANDARDIZED PROMPT SET TO SUPPORT VOICEMAIL EASE-OF-USE

TeleData Technology, Inc., a provider of integrated telephony solutions, announces the availability of a standardized telephone keypad interface, or prompt set, which mimics the commonly used interfaces of cellular networks and can be used as an Octel replacement.

Many users are familiar with the standard prompts available via cellular networks, and expect to have that same experience when using their private systems. TeleData Technology's state-of-the-art T3 Platform can be implemented with the original T3 interface, or with the new standardized interface on either a mailbox-by-mailbox basis or system-wide. This flexibility provides organizations a high level of customization options, while at the same time reducing the training costs associated with implementing a new voice messaging platform.
