The T3 Telecom Software product line allows organizations to implement scalable, reliable and customized message management and call routing solutions. Rather than taking a one size fits all approach, the T3main is comprised of building blocks that allow your organization to build a unified communications solution tailored to your unique needs.

Our architecture is uniquely positioned to provide you with a secure, reliable and scalable platform while allowing you to leverage existing infrastructure through SIP-enablement, a redundant system and multi-site transparent systems.

Aside from our fully-featured messaging platform, the T3main, we offer three additional products for organizations looking to meet a specific messaging need. These products are comprised of specific key functionality and can be used as a stand-alone solution, or in addition to other functionality offered by the T3main.

T3main®
The T3main Messaging Platform includes scalable, feature-rich components including voicemail and unified messaging, speech recognition, voice authentication, voice transcription, interactive voice response, fax, automated attendant, and announcer functionality.

T3arigato®
T3arigato is a highly accurate and natural speech-enabled auto attendant. It enables callers to use simple and intuitive voice commands to gain immediate access to the information they need, when they need it. Through the use of T3arigato, callers can use natural speech to reach a person, department, or location and bypass the operator and directories.

T3iCall®
T3iCall's outbound IVR functionality lets you easily disseminate messages to an audience of any size to communicate emergency notifications, status updates, or personalized reminders quickly and consistently.

T3iQ®
T3iQ enables sophisticated automatic call distribution scenarios through an intelligent queuing mechanism. Expanding upon the automatic call distribution capabilities of your PBX that queues and transfers caller to live agents, T3iQ provides additional layers of call distribution functionality that takes care of callers.
