Providing hands-free access to your organization's voicemail has never been so easy. T3 Voice Control turns standard touchtone voicemail into a voice-activated experience.
From the moment a user accesses voicemail they can begin using verbal commands to send messages, review messages and set personal options. And with voice commands users can bypass multiple key presses, greatly
simplifying the traditional user experience associated with touchtone navigation.
With verbal commands, a user can "jump to" almost every piece of mailbox functionality directly from the main menu, rather than using multiple key presses to drill down to specific mailbox functionality.
- The user can speak a name, mailbox or group number to address a message.
- The user can use intuitive spoken commands to set a wake-up call or to send a message for future delivery. T3 Voice Control allows the user to speak the day of week (for example "today," "tomorrow," "Wednesday"), or date (for example "January 1") to set the time/date stamp.
- T3 Voice Control uses speech resources through its native SIP support and MRCP for standards-based speech recognition.
With T3 Voice Control, the following functionality can be accessed using spoken commands:
- Review new and saved voice, email and fax messages
- Control speed and volume options
- Save, delete, reply to, redirect, and repeat messages
- Send messages internally and externally
- Stamp messages priority, confidential, return receipt and no receipt notification
